A graduate with a Master in Sociology from Sebelas Maret University Surakarta, Aan Khosihan has a keen interest in tourism, particularly in tourism sociology and social and cultural change. By understanding and analyzing how social and cultural factors influence individuals, groups, and communities in tourism activities, he explores these dynamics in depth. Aan Khosihan's research interests lie in tourism and socio-cultural change, as well as community- and culture-based tourism, focusing on how tourism impacts the transformation of values, norms, cultural identities, and social dynamics in communities that serve as tourism destinations. He is currently pursuing a doctoral program at the University of Malaya.
