Ratna Fitria, S.Pd., M.Si has been a lecturer in the Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn) Study Program at the Faculty of Social Sciences Education (FPIPS) Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) since 2015 to the present. Her main area of expertise and research interest is political sociology, focusing on the relationship between society and political processes. She is actively involved in teaching courses related to civic and political studies, supervising students, and conducting research that explores political behavior, civic engagement, and the dynamics of political culture in Indonesia. She has consistently contributed to scientific publications and community service activities in line with her academic interests since 2015.
