Oce Ridwanudin is an assistant professor in the Tourism Marketing Management Program at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Management at UPI. His expertise spans various aspects of tourism management, including outdoor recreation, consumer behavior, sport tourism, digital marketing, and destination management. He has collaborated on multiple studies investigating factors that influence tourist motivation, preferences, and satisfaction, with research topics ranging from hiking and sport tourism to the quality of airport services and the role of digital marketing in tourism destinations. Oce Ridwanudin’s research also delves into consumer behavior related to cultural and heritage tourism, particularly exploring how factors like service quality, physical evidence, and consumer perceptions affect tourist decisions and experiences.
