Lembang, May 7, 2025 - One of the lecturers of the Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) Study Program of the Faculty of Social Science Education (FPIPS) Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Dr. Syaifullah, S.Pd., M.Si., was honored as a resource person in the education program of the Intermediate Staff and Leadership School (Sespimmen) of the National Police Education and Training Institute (Lemdiklat). Based on an official invitation letter from Kasespim Lemdiklat Polri Number: B/575/IV/DIK.1.4./2025/Sespim, Dr. Syaifullah was invited to give a public lecture with the theme “Democracy and Globalization” to the students of the 65th Police Sespimmen DikregFiscal Year 2025.

The theme of this lecture is in line with the educational objectives of Sespimmen, namely “Realizing Middle Level Police Leaders who are Moral, Predictive, and Precision in Building Advanced Indonesia”. The material presented by Dr. Syaifullah focused on the importance of democratic values, the challenges of globalization, and the role of adaptive leadership and character in national and international socio-political dynamics. This activity is a form of real contribution from UPI Civics lecturers in strengthening the synergy between higher education and strategic state institutions. Through this collaboration, UPI Civics Study Program plays an active role in producing national leaders with national insight and high integrity.
