
Bandung, 23 June 2025 — The Faculty of Social Science Education (FPIPS) at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) recently welcomed students from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) as part of their academic research activities. During the visit, UGM students conducted interviews with informants from the Tourism Marketing Management (MPP) Study Program at UPI.
Upon arriving at FPIPS, the students promptly began their interview sessions an essential step in the research process that involves identifying relevant sources and gathering accurate data.
Zacky Naufal Ramadhan, a student in the MPP Study Program, expressed his satisfaction with his role as an informant: “I was glad to be involved as an informant. This was my first time experience, and I anticipate it will prove invaluable for my future research.”
Fadlina Zaina Lathfiah, another MPP student, added: “This gave me a clearer understanding of how data collection interviews work. I was a bit nervous at first, but the interviewers were friendly, which made the conversation flow comfortably.”
The visit fostered a meaningful exchange of ideas and helped strengthen academic ties between UGM and UPI, with hopes for continued collaboration in the future.
