Raihan Alfarisy, CEO of HIMA MPP for the 2024/2025 term, shared his heartfelt reflection on an unforgettable leadership journey. He described the experience as both challenging and deeply rewarding, filled with stories worth remembering.

“The beginning of the term was the hardest,” he recalled. “We were entering the kaderisasi phase, which required intense preparation in a very limited time.” Despite these hurdles, Raihan and his team managed to push forward with resilience and determination, navigating each stage—from caderizaion to the end of the term. What stood out most to him was how HIMA MPP became more than just an organization. “It became a space to grow, to benefit others, and to truly connect with one another,” he said. He expressed sincere gratitude for the collaboration and contributions of his incredible team, who helped shape a progressive and synergistic period.

In closing, Raihan shared a powerful message: “Keep growing and keep being useful to others—because the best kind of person is the one who brings benefit to others.”
