Tourism Marketing Management proudly congratulates Rayhan Fadhlurrahman Yandi on his election as the Leader of the 2025 Cohort, Aksamagra 2025. In his heartfelt remarks, Rayhan expressed deep gratitude to his fellow peers for entrusting him with this meaningful responsibility. He acknowledged that serving as a Cohort Leader is not an easy task, as it requires great dedication and the ability to carry a shared mandate.

Rayhan emphasized the importance of understanding the diverse characters within the cohort and of becoming a figure who provides comfort and safety for all Aksamagra members. He also highlighted the dual role of a leader; as a connector between the cohort and external stakeholders. Despite the challenges, Rayhan shared his enthusiasm and optimism, affirming that leadership is a collective journey. “This cohort,” he said, “does not belong to one leader alone, but to everyone in Aksamagra. With that spirit, I believe we can grow and achieve together. Let’s start our journey, Aksamagra! 🤎”
