Taufik Abdullah, S.E., M.M.Par., Ph.D., Head of the Tourism Marketing Management Study Program at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI), has made significant contributions to academia, particularly in the field of tourism. Since joining UPI in 2014, he has actively conducted research on various aspects of tourism, focusing on marginalization, power dynamics, and empowerment in the tourism industry. His research also covers tourism marketing, culinary tourism, and entrepreneurship in this sector. One of his latest achievements is the publication of the book Tourism Case Studies, published by CABI Publisher.
This book presents 32 case studies from various countries and is divided into seven main sections:
