The third day of the Student Training Development Program for the 2025 cohort took place on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at Villa Kebun Charita, Lembang. The day started with a morning breakfast, followed by preparation sessions for the continuation of the participant assembly. During this stage, candidates for the 2025 cohort leader presented their visions and missions, engaging in a constructive question-and-answer session that encouraged critical thinking and active participation. Through an organized voting process, Rayhan Fadhlurrahman Yandi was elected as the 2025 cohort leader and was formally inaugurated during the same session.

After the formal proceedings, students joined a series of recreational games that strengthened team spirit and camaraderie. The evening’s main events, the Tonight Show and Malam Keakraban (Evening of Togetherness), showcased the creativity and unity of the cohort. The highlight performance; an expressive melodrama culminating in a traditional Kecak dance; symbolized collaboration and cultural appreciation. The day concluded with a reflective closing segment, setting a positive atmosphere for the continuation of the program on the following day.
