The second day of the Student Training Development Program for the 2025 cohort took place on Friday, December 5, 2025, beginning at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) and continuing at Villa Kebun Charita, Lembang. The day’s agenda was filled with activities designed to foster creativity, cooperation, and leadership among new students. The morning began with a regional food plating competition, highlighting students’ creativity and appreciation for local culinary traditions. Following this, participants shared in a botram, a traditional communal dining activity that emphasized togetherness, equality, and mutual respect among peers.

Afterward, students attended a leadership session aimed at cultivating responsibility, initiative, and confidence in leading others. The afternoon featured a “Post to Post” series comprising three stations: Games, designed to build solidarity, teamwork, and freshmen’s practical skills; Self-Improvement, focusing on motivation, self-confidence, and empathy; and Cohort Leader; dedicated to developing leadership qualities and public speaking abilities. The day concluded with a meaningful closing session that encouraged reflection and strengthened participants’ sense of unity.
