The Student Association of Tourism Marketing Management (HIMA MPP) at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia is once again opening opportunities for active students to join through the 2026/2027 Open Recruitment program, marking the beginning of a new journey for students to grow, contribute, and develop their capacities within a student organization.
This activity serves as the recruitment process for new HIMA MPP staff members, aiming to attract students who demonstrate a collaborative spirit, leadership potential, and a strong interest in tourism management and marketing. Through a structured selection process, prospective staff members will be given the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing work programs, organizing events, handling organizational communication, and developing marketing strategies relevant to the current dynamics of the tourism industry.
As a student organization within the Tourism Marketing Management Study Program at UPI, HIMA MPP not only focuses on internal development but also encourages meaningful contributions to sustainable development. This Open Recruitment initiative aligns with the goals of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly:
- SDG 4: Quality Education, by providing a non-formal learning platform that supports the enhancement of students’ soft skills and hard skills.
- SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, through equipping students with competencies relevant to the needs of the tourism and creative economy industries.
- SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, by fostering internal and external collaboration to create impactful programs.
With the spirit of “Your Journey Starts Here,” HIMA MPP hopes that every individual who joins can begin a meaningful journey of self-development, build professional networks, and become part of an adaptive and competitive young generation that contributes to the advancement of sustainable tourism.
