Fayza Aulia Rakhman, Chair of the Board of Commissioners of HIMA MPP for the 2024/2025 term, shared her valuable experiences during her leadership. She revealed that her biggest motivation stemmed from a sincere desire to ensure that HIMA MPP runs in a healthy, transparent, and accountable manner. For her, the Board of Commissioners is not merely a supervisory body, but also a bridge between members' aspirations and the direction of organizational policy.
Throughout her leadership, Fayza upheld the principle that supervision is not about fault-finding, but rather a space for mutual reminders and collective growth. She also emphasized the importance of open communication and empathy in maintaining organizational harmony. In carrying out her role, Fayza and the Board of Commissioners actively fostered two-way communication, participated in all HIMA programs, and provided objective and constructive evaluations and feedback.
Fayza conveyed a message to the next generation of HIMA to uphold integrity and strive to create a positive impact within the organization. She hopes the Board of Commissioners will continue to serve as a wise balancing force and HIMA MPP evolves into an organization that is not only active in its activities, but also impactful and enjoyable for all its members. “Don’t be afraid to innovate, but also never forget to uphold the core values that have already shaped this organization,” Fayza said.
