The Civics Law Student Association (HMCH) of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) organized an In-House Training held at the east lobby of the FPIPS UPI building. This program was designed as an internal training effort for board members, particularly the cadre team, to enhance their skills by listening to expert presentations and engaging in interactive discussions.

During the event, participants had the opportunity to gain valuable insights from invited speakers and actively participate in a Q&A session. The lively exchange of ideas reflected the enthusiasm of the board members and cadres in acquiring new knowledge relevant to organizational management.

Through this In-House Training, HMCH UPI aims to foster more qualified, adaptive, and visionary human resources within the organization. The improvement of these capacities is expected to strengthen the Association’s ability to carry out its functions, roles, and contributions more effectively, both within the campus environment and in the broader society.
