Bandung, September 20, 2025 – The Civics Law Student Association (HMCH) of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) successfully held the Scholarship Festival at the lobby of the Center of Excellence Building, UPI. The event invited several accomplished scholarship awardees from various fields to share their experiences, tips, and inspiration on their journey to obtaining scholarships.
As an interactive discussion forum, the Scholarship Festival provided students with the opportunity to directly engage with awardees, asking questions about the selection process, document preparation, and strategies to build a competitive track record. Through this forum, students not only gained practical information about scholarships but were also motivated to develop themselves and pursue opportunities that could support their academic and career paths.
The event also served as a concrete manifestation of the mandate of the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution, which emphasizes the importance of improving social welfare through education. HMCH UPI is committed to making the Scholarship Festival a platform for public enlightenment, broadening students’ knowledge of scholarship opportunities both domestically and internationally.
The Chairperson of HMCH UPI stated that the event was designed to encourage students not to hesitate to dream big and to seize available opportunities. “Through the Scholarship Festival, we hope more students will dare to try, prepare themselves, and ultimately succeed in obtaining scholarships for a better future,” he said.
With this initiative, HMCH UPI is optimistic about nurturing civics law students who are not only academically excellent but also socially aware and ready to contribute meaningfully to society.
