[BANDUNG] – In commemoration of the 97th Youth Pledge Day, the Bandung Regency Government, through its Culture and Tourism Office (Disbudpar), presented awards to outstanding young individuals. One of the awardees was Mochamad Brian Faisal, a student from the Catering Industry Management (MIK) study program, who was named an Outstanding Youth in a ceremony held on October 28, 2025, attended by the Vice Regent of Bandung Regency, H. Ali Syakieb.

This award was given in appreciation of Brian's tangible contribution to promoting the region's reputation, particularly through his brilliant culinary achievement at the Indonesia International Halal Chef Competition (IN2HCC) 2025 some time ago. His victory with the "Journey of Java" concept was recognized not only as a personal achievement but also as a form of preservation and innovation in Indonesian culinary culture, aligning with the region's tourism and cultural development vision.
The peak event of the 2025 Bandung Regency Youth Pledge Day commemoration carried the theme "Unite, Rise, and Realize a Superior Bandung." In addition to presenting awards to outstanding youths like Brian, the series of events also included various activities such as youth seminars, exhibitions of youth innovation works, and cultural arts performances.

By receiving this award, Mochamad Brian Faisal has not only solidified his position as a promising culinary talent but also become a tangible example of how a young person's passion and dedication can be recognized and positively impact regional and national development.
