Subang, 14th August 2025 — Lecturer in Student Affairs for the Tourism Marketing Management Study Program, Mr. Rijal Khaerani, S.Si., M.Stat., was a guest speaker at a Community Service (P2M) event held by students in the tourist village of Cibuluh. During this event, Rijal Khaerani presented material on optimizing the promotion of MSMEs through the creation of digital content and marketing management on social media.

The material covered community-based tourism product development, digital marketing, and local cultural preservation. Village residents and students welcomed this activity with enthusiasm, as seen from the active discussion about tourism village promotion opportunities and tourism package development. This synergy is a tangible form of collaboration in supporting sustainable tourism, in line with SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities).

This activity is expected to strengthen the capacity of Cibuluh Village residents, especially MSME actors, in creating sustainable tourism promotion plans. This collaboration also opens up opportunities for the sustainability of P2M in the future.

“Being a speaker in this village is very enjoyable,” said Mr. Rijal. “Not only did I share my knowledge, but I also learned a lot from the local wisdom and spirit of mutual cooperation among the residents. Their enthusiasm for trying out practical activities and participating in discussions shows that Cibuluh Village is ready to move forward in the digital era. I hope that the knowledge shared can continue to be put into practice and that we can collaborate with other parties in the future.”
