
Bandung, September 24, 2024 — The Catering Industry Management Study Program (MIK) once again held a public lecture as part of the Adjunct Professor Program. This event featured the theme “Adjunct Professor Program for Potential and Challenges of the Food and Beverage Business at Catering Industry Management,” with the main speaker Prof. Mohd Salehuddin Bin Mohd Zahari, M.Sc., Ph.D., from the Faculty of Hotel and Tourism Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA, Puncak Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. The lecture took place on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at the 6th Floor Auditorium of the Faculty of Social Science Education (FPIPS), Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI).

The public lecture was moderated by Mrs. Candra Sari Triyana, S.St.Par., MM., a lecturer at the MIK program. The event was attended by MIK students from the 2022 to 2024 cohorts. The aim of the lecture was to provide deeper insights into the potentials and challenges in the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry, particularly in catering industry management, to the students.
