
The Tourism Marketing Management (MPP) Program hosted an industry visit from students of the Tourism Services Business (ULP) Department at SMKN 3 Bandar Lampung on Monday, May 11, 2026. This activity served as an introduction to higher education and provided insights into the tourism industry for the students.
The event was conducted with great enthusiasm through presentation sessions and interactive discussions with faculty members from the MPP Program. During the visit, participants received an overview of the Tourism Marketing Management Program, covering the curriculum, academic and practical activities, as well as career opportunities for graduates in the tourism and hospitality industries.
The program profile was presented by Ms. Yeni Yuniawati, M.M., who highlighted the various strengths of the Tourism Marketing Management Program and the opportunities for students to develop their competencies in the field of tourism marketing.
Additionally, participants received a session titled “Tourism Marketing in the Digital Age,” presented by Mr. Oce Ridwanuddin, M.M. In his presentation, he emphasized the importance of leveraging digital technology, social media, and creative marketing strategies in the development of tourist destinations in the modern era.
Through this industry visit, it is hoped that the students will gain new insights into the world of tourism and digital marketing, as well as an overview of the higher education pathways they can pursue after graduation.
The MPP Program expressed its appreciation for the visit from SMKN 3 Bandar Lampung and hopes that cooperation and good relations between educational institutions will continue to flourish in the future.
