“UPI MPP Class of 2024 Students Hone Their Entrepreneurial Spirit Through an Entrepreneurship Fair”

Students in the Tourism Marketing Management program at the Indonesia University of Education (UPI), class of 2024, held an Entrepreneurship Bazaar on June 4, 2026. Under the theme “Eat, Explore, Repeat,” this event served as a platform for students to develop their entrepreneurial skills while gaining hands-on experience in managing a business. Through this bazaar, participants not only offered various products to visitors but also learned to face real-world business challenges.

The Entrepreneurship Bazaar was organized with the aim of fostering an entrepreneurial spirit in students to prepare them for future industry demands. This event provided participants with the opportunity to understand various important aspects of doing business, ranging from financial management and marketing strategies to making sound decisions when facing business risks.

One participant, Reza Andika Putra, shared that the event provided an experience that was both enjoyable and challenging. In his view, the entrepreneurship fair served as a valuable opportunity to try new things and experience firsthand the role of a young, aspiring CEO. He also noted that through this activity, students can learn to manage business finances, maximize profits with limited capital, and enhance their risk management skills in running a business.

Under the theme “Eat, Explore, Repeat,” this event not only showcases a variety of products and exciting experiences for visitors but also serves as a platform for students to explore their potential, hone their creativity, and apply the knowledge they have gained in the classroom. It is hoped that these experiences will prepare the younger generation to be adaptable, innovative, and ready to compete in both the workforce and the business world.

This entrepreneurship fair aligns with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education through practice-based learning that enhances students’ skills. Additionally, the event supports SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth by fostering an entrepreneurial spirit and cultivating a productive and innovative workforce for the future.
