Bandung, September 20, 2025 – The Civics Law Student Association (HMCH) of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) organized a Cadre Training program, held at the East Lobby of the FPIPS UPI building and the Front Yard of Garnadi Building. This activity served as a strategic step to enhance the quality of human resources, particularly the cadre team, which plays a central role in the sustainability of the organization.
The training featured both internal and external speakers, including Silna Rahmatika (Head of PSDO Division for the 2024–2025 period), Nurul Sidiqah (Head of the Cadre Bureau for the 2024–2025 period), and representatives from the Student Regiment (Resimen Mahasiswa). The speakers shared insights on cadre management, discipline, and strategies for character development aimed at building visionary, resilient, and integrity-driven cadres.
Through this training, HMCH UPI hopes the cadre team will be able to perform their roles and responsibilities more effectively, improve personal and leadership skills, and foster a healthy, disciplined, and productive organizational environment. This effort aligns with HMCH’s commitment to nurturing civics cadres who are ready to make meaningful contributions in both academic and social spheres.
