BANDUNG – In a significant step towards continuous quality improvement, the Catering Industry Management (MIK) study program at the Faculty of Social Sciences Education (FPIPS), Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI), conducted its Internal Quality Audit (AMI) on Thursday, October 9, 2025. The audit was held in the Professor's Room, 2nd Floor of the Nu'man Somantri Building, FPIPS UPI.

The audit team tasked with evaluating the program consisted of two qualified internal auditors: Dr. Upik Rahmi, M.Kep. and Dr. Rini Solihat, M.Si. . The activity was attended by the Head of the Catering Industry Management Study Program, Dr. Woro Priatini, S.Pd., M.Si., along with the program's lecturers.
The AMI is a systematic evaluation process part of the internal quality assurance system to assess the conformity of program implementation against established quality standards and to identify areas for improvement . This process is crucial for maintaining high-quality education services and strategic development.

The involvement of experienced auditors like Dr. Rini Solihat, a permanent lecturer with a doctoral degree and extensive teaching experience, underscores the commitment to a thorough and credible audit process . The active participation of the program leadership and all academic staff highlights a collective dedication to upholding and enhancing the quality of education within the Catering Industry Management study program.
