MAKSI (MPP BERAKSI VOL 5.0) : “BAPER” BAWA POHON REBOISASI 2025

Bandung, October 25, 2025 – The 2025 Reforestation Activity with the theme “BAPER: Bawa Pohon Reboisasi” was successfully held by the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Division of the Tourism Marketing Management Student Association (HIMA MPP) Universitas

Pendidikan Indonesia located in Taman Kehati, Cibiru. This event serves as a tangible expression of students' commitment to environmental conservation and an invitation to instill a spirit of environmental stewardship from an early age.

The event began at 7:00 a.m. with a series of activities, including speeches from the Chief Executive, Division Head, CEO, and Kehati representatives, followed by a prayer session, an educational session on the importance of reforestation and waste management, a clean-up activity, and the planting of various types of trees, such as mahogany, kidamar, and clove. Additionally, the event concluded with a shared meal and group photos with all participants and organizers, fostering a sense of togetherness and camaraderie.

With the theme “Bawa Pohon Reboisasi” this activity aims to raise awareness among students and the surrounding community about the importance of reforestation and its positive impact on ecosystem balance. By planting trees, students not only contribute to reforestation, but also participate in reducing air pollution, preventing soil erosion, and maintaining environmental sustainability.

Executive Chair, Dafa Tryas Fardan, expressed his gratitude for the smooth running of this event. “We hope that BAPER activities will not only be an annual agenda, but also a sustainable movement that can inspire students to continue caring for the environment,” he said. 

Meanwhile, Head of CSR Division, Altaf Ghifari Budiman, added that this activity is a form of students' social responsibility towards nature and society. BAPER also received direct assistance from Mr. Rijal Khaerani as the field supervisor. Although Mr. Rijal Khaerani, the main supervisor, was unable to attend, he still sent his support and words of encouragement to the entire committee.

With the implementation of the BAPER program, it is hoped that a spirit of love for the environment will continue to grow among students and inspire the community to participate in protecting the earth for a greener and more sustainable future.
