The group aims to explore the evolving intersections between politics, communication, and society through interdisciplinary research and critical inquiry.

Fathiyyah Maryufani is a lecturer and researcher in Communication Science at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, with a PhD in Political Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She specializes in political communication, social media, and public relations strategy, combining her expertise in political research, stakeholder engagement, and crisis management. With a proven track record in government communication and consultancy, Dr. Maryufani excels in multicultural settings and collaborates effectively to achieve strategic goals. She is committed to advancing her academic career through interdisciplinary research and impactful strategic communication and advocacy contributions.

Born in Bandung on May 27, 2006, I discovered early on a strong passion for both learning and the engaging art of debate. This intellectual curiosity and drive led me to pursue higher education after graduating from Pasundan 2 High School. Currently, I am a dedicated student at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, where I am actively pursuing my studies in communication studies.
Born on May 5, 2004, in Jebus, Bangka Belitung, has a strong passion for communication. With a natural curiosity for exploring new ideas, Fatih is dedicated to working hard to achieve goals. Leaving home to pursue education away from the hometown since high school has proven to be an invaluable experience. Currently studying Communication Science at the Indonesia University of Education (Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia), Fatih is actively expanding skills and knowledge in the field.
Born on September 12, 2005. I’m currently a Communications student and a researcher at Political Communication Research Group focusing on Public Opinion and Civic Sentiment as my research unit. I have major interest in reading, writing, and being nosy on what is currently happening in the world, especially on how things that are happening right now shape people’s behavior and opinion and vice versa. I have some experiences that align with my interests, I'm a copywriter in Communication Magazine and was a copywriter and social media specialist in several projects. Born in Jakarta on November 4, 2004, is a Communication Studies student from the class of 2023 with a deep interest in writing since elementary school. In 2018, her piece titled "Happiness is Simple" was published for the first time in the Harian Singgalang newspaper. A year later, her research proposal titled "The Tradition of Batagak Kudo-Kudo" was selected as a finalist in the Madrasah Young Research Super Camp competition in the social research category for the Tsanawiyah level. Three years afterward, she won another award in an essay competition themed "Minangkabau Women Figures in the Eyes of the Nation's Youth," organized by the Department of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection. Today, she continues to hone her writing skills as a content writer for Comagz Magazine and a member of the PCRG Research Team.
Born in Tasikmalaya on September 24, 2003. She is currently an active student in the Communication Studies at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, with a strong interest in politics and public sentiment. Intan is also active in various organizational activities and projects. Outside of academics, she enjoys reading fiction books and listening to music to fill her spare time.
Born in Serang on July 3, 2006, is a Communication Science student at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, class of 2024. She has a deep interest in philosophy as a foundation for critical thinking, which supports her passion for leadership and its role in shaping values and responsibilities. These interests naturally extend to political communication, where she explores how leaders influence society through strategic messaging and public discourse.

A third-year student and junior researcher with a strong passion for public relations, political communication, and media studies. Experienced in supporting collaborative research projects alongside lecturers and peers. Co-author of the article "Charting New Horizons: A Bibliometric Analysis of the Landscape of Grounded Theory in Indonesian Communication Studies," published in a Q1-accredited journal. Currently working on a paper that explores the broadcasting legitimacy of state-owned media and YouTube, as well as AI narratives in the context of Indonesia’s electoral autocracy.
