The Tourism Marketing Management Study Program (MPP) proudly marked another achievement by sending two of its students, Zacky Naufal Ramadhan and Reva Nindhiya Aulia, to participate in the ASEAN International Mobility for Students (AIMS) program in Thailand, Prince of Songkla University, on August 2, 2025.
The participation of students in this international exchange program serves as tangible evidence of the study program’s commitment to enhancing global competence and broadening cross-cultural perspectives for its students. Through this program, students not only gain academic experience at partner universities but also have the opportunity to understand sustainable tourism practices at the international level.
The AIMS program aligns with SDG 4: Quality Education (https://sdgs.un.org/goals/goal4) as it expands access to quality education on a global scale. In addition, it supports SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals (https://sdgs.un.org/goals/goal17) through international collaboration that strengthens academic capacity and cross-country networks.
With this departure, the Tourism Marketing Management Study Program hopes its students will serve as ambassadors of the nation, bringing the spirit of Indonesian tourism to the global stage. Zacky and Reva also hope that their experiences in Thailand will broaden their horizons, boost their confidence, and serve as a stepping stone for further academic opportunities, while returning to Indonesia as individuals who have grown into better versions of themselves.
